Website Down/Unreachable (i.e. 500 Error)
Broken functionality that affects immediate membership login/interaction
Broken functionality that is affecting immediate payments/income

If this issue can wait for a resolution we will prioritize troubleshooting and communication to first thing during business hours. Note: We usually respond prior to business hours on weekdays as team members become active in their respective timezones.
